LABORATORY & ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

The two storey building sits in between the industrial district of Manor. Our concept was to design an asymmetrical abstract pattern to break the monotonous factory shed pattern around the building, but getting inspired from the linear vertical pattern of metal sheets used as factory facades around and expressing it symbolically. To bring natural light & ventilation in all rooms, we placed the core in the centre, surrounding it by all rooms & well lit passages. Programs of the building are in hierarchy, from public to private, from the ground floor to the second floor respectively. A residential suite for the clients is located on the top floor to capture the scenic view around. The beautiful interior designing is done by Keer Design Group.
